Refund Policy — My Dopamine Planner

Thank you for supporting My Dopamine Planner. Because every order is a digital product delivered instantly, please read this policy before you buy.

Digital products & "all sales final"

My Dopamine Planner (including the digital PDF, printable version, Notion template, and any bonuses) is a downloadable digital product. The moment your order is confirmed, you get immediate, permanent access to the files. For this reason, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted — there's nothing to physically return, and the files can't be "given back."

That said, we never want you stuck with something that doesn't work for you. See our promise below.

Our 30-Day "Make-It-Right" Promise

We genuinely want this to help your brain, not add to the overwhelm. So here's our promise:

  • Give the planner an honest try for at least 14 days.
  • If it still isn't clicking for you, email us within 30 days of your purchase at hello@thriveadhder.com.
  • We'll do our best to help you get more out of it (setup tips, the right format for your brain, answering questions). If we can't make it work for you, we'll make it right — including a refund where appropriate.

No long forms. No guilt. Just email us and we'll take care of you.

When you're entitled to a refund

We will issue a refund in cases such as:

  • You never received access. The download link or files didn't arrive and we can't resolve it.
  • The files are faulty or corrupted and we're unable to provide a working replacement.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge).
  • An unauthorized charge that you can verify.

When a refund usually isn't available

  • You simply changed your mind after downloading, or no longer want the product.
  • You bought the wrong format but received exactly what was listed.
  • You expected features that were not described on the product page.
  • The request is made more than 30 days after purchase.
  • "I forgot I bought it" or non-use of the product.

(These exclusions don't override your statutory consumer rights — see below.)

How to request a refund

Email hello@thriveadhder.com with:

  1. The email address used at checkout
  2. Your order number (from your confirmation email)
  3. A short note on what went wrong

We aim to reply within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

EU / UK consumers

For customers in the EU and UK: by purchasing and accessing the digital files immediately, you acknowledge that download/access begins right away and you consent to waive the standard 14-day "right of withdrawal" for digital content once delivery has started. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or not as described.

Chargebacks

If something's wrong, please contact us first — we're real people and we respond. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us slows everything down and may limit our ability to help. We're almost always able to sort it out faster directly.

Bonuses

Free bonuses (such as the ADHD Focus Playbook and ADHD Brain Dump) are included as gifts and are non-refundable on their own. If a full order is refunded, access to the bonuses ends with it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
